PLASTIC POLYMER PROCESSING
(AMMONIAC POLYURETHANES, THERMOPLASTICS, THERMOSETS)
STR Automotive employs a wide range of polymer processing technologies to manufacture its plastic components. The main methods include:
- Molding of ammoniac polyurethane systems.
- Injection molding: injection molding of polypropylene; ABS; polycarbonate; nylon, and similar materials.
- NFPP: compression molding of mixed natural fiber materials and polypropylene.
The use of different processing technologies allows the company to meet the diverse needs of the automotive market, offering tailored technical solutions for customers' specific requirements.
AUTOMATED INDUSTRIAL PAINTING
STR Automotive is equipped with six painting plants, three of which are fully automated and robotized, dedicated to priming and painting serial components, ensuring compliance with the most stringent industry quality standards.
In addition to the three main plants, the company has an additional plant for special processes and one dedicated exclusively to "carbon look" paint finishes. This facility allows for the highest level of product customization and finishing, even beyond standard color ranges.BUILT IN QUALITY
