In 2020, STR Automotive acquired a stake in Blacks S.r.l., a leading company in the design and production of advanced composite material components. This strategic integration has further expanded the company’s offering, strengthening its expertise in carbon fiber and natural fiber composites.
A new facility for endless possibilities
Adjacent to Blacks' historic headquarters, a brand-new, state-of-the-art 6,000 sqm production facility was inaugurated in 2024. This cutting-edge hub of innovation, technology, and design is engineered to optimize the production flow of composite material components.
